Bạn sẽ làm gì/ What will you do

Main duties:

• Provide hands-on technical expertise to ensure project success and address technical issues promptly.
• Conduct root cause analyses for failures, develop corrective actions, and implement solutions.
• Assess and test new tools, technologies, or applications to determine their suitability for projects.
• Organize and deliver technical training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge of systems and processes.
• Maintain detailed records of technical issues, analyses, resolutions, and project progress for future reference and reporting.
• Act as a technical liaison between teams to ensure project alignment.
• Support customer-facing activities, such as technical discussions, presentations, and addressing customer concerns related to technical aspects of the project.

Chuyên môn của bạn/ Job Requirements

• From 5 years of experience in technical project management, system troubleshooting, or failure analysis.
• Strong understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis techniques.
• Familiarity with new technology/ application evaluation and integration processes.
• Capable of leading and guiding technical teams to achieve goals.
• Ability to design and deliver training programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with cross functional teams and customers.
• Strong team player who can work closely with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams.
