Onsite Project Engineer
Location: Bac Giang / Phu Tho / Nam Dinh

Main duties:

Manage and monitor the progress of going projects to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Take full responsibility for tracking and reporting milestones, addressing delays, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Assist in the root cause analysis of inspection failures, providing actionable recommendations to resolve issues effectively.
Attend and actively participate in technical discussions with engineers to address project needs, challenges, and solutions.
Proactively identify potential risks or problems and implement solutions to minimize project disruptions.
Act as the liaison between the onsite team, headquarters and customers to ensure smooth information flow and alignment.
Coordinate with factory teams to ensure necessary resources, tools, and manpower are available for project tasks.
Ensure all project activities adhere to safety, quality, and factory standards.

Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish.
Understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment functionality, and failure analysis methodologies.
Ability to work with onsite tech team to analyse complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with engineers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Self-motivated individual with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward independently.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a factory setting.
Good communication and management skills
Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in preparing reports, documenting technical issues, and maintaining records.

Bachelor’s degree in STEM is preferred.
Minimum 3 ~ 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a factory manufacturing environment.
Willing to support onsite in a factory environment.
